SPARC is not expressed by EL4 tumor cells in vivo. SPARC in EL4 tumors grown in wild-type (+/+) mice was restricted to host cells whereas SPARC was not detectable in EL4 tumors grown in SPARC-null (–/–) mice. Bars equals 50 μm.
